Unfortunately, things go wrong sometimes, roofers don't carry out their work correctly, sometimes the drawings are incorrect, builders try to cut corners and do the roofing works themselves there are all sorts of problems that can occur.

Today's building methods have changed dramatically we insulate roofs much more than we used to we find a lot of roofers don't understand the consequences of not fitting roof insulation correctly or venting the roof correctly. 

A large percentage of our work as a roof survey is trying to help sort out problems with new roofs, helping the customer negotiate with the builders or roofers and coming to an agreement on how to rectify problems without court action.
